The Finnish manufacturers recently announced Android powered handset at Mobile World Congress 2014, Nokia X is now rooted and runs Google applications, including Google Play Store.
A member or developer from the XDA-Developers forum has taken the new device to its extreme and also explains a brief description on his latest forum post, suggesting other users on rooting their new Nokia Xs. The phone now seems to run the operating systems proprietary launcher, Google Now, alongside the Google Play Store.
Kashamalaga has also uploaded some photographs of the phone to give us some piece of evidence, including a short 25 seconds video footage. So in order to make your tweaked Nokia X phone run like any other Android handset and from the market with Google Services, you will have to root and flash Gapps or Google Apps on to your phone, than just downloading them from Nokias new dedicated app store or sideloading applications to the smartphones microSD card.
