5 000mAh battery powered THL 5000 smartphone goes official

THL, an wholesale smartphone manufacturer from China has announced a new Android powered smartphone, named THL 5000. The new handset from the phone maker will come with immense batter capacity of 5,000mAh power juice out of the box. This Chinese firm claims their new announcement to be the worlds first smartphone with a 5,000mAh powered battery on board.

And, allow us to write this, if you believe it or not, the brand new smartphone will feature monstrous 1000 hours of standby time, 47 hours of conversation time, 11 hours of webpage browsing time over WiFi connection, 125 hours of music play time in handset mode and 11.6 hours of video playback time. Well, its not only the battery life span on the fresh smartphone that impressed us a lot, but also other internals, making it enough fit for the high-end commercial markets, may be only inside the Chinese shores.

So, the THL 5000 will focus over an Octa-Core MediaTek MT6592 processor, running at 1.7GHz and a Quad-Core Mali-450 Graphics Processing Unit at clock speed of 700MHz, a five-inches Full High Definition IPS LCD screen of 1920 x 1080 resolution display, marked at 441 pixels-per-inch, in protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 3, 32 gigabytes of Read Only Memory (expandable via microSD card slot) with two gigabytes of Random Access Memory. There is also the 13 megapixels primary shooter with Sony Exmor RS IMX135 lens at aperture of  f/1.8 on the back with LED flash light, (we suspect it to have Ultra High Definition or 4K video capturing capabilities) on the front sits a five megapixels secondary front facing snapper. The new smartphone from THL also showcases NXP audio amplifiers, providing authentic sound and high quality audio output. For connectivity, the handset tots, Bluetooth 4.0, Near Field Communication, Hall IC, Charging Po (acts as a power-pack, users can charge other smartphones with the THL 5000), OTG and HSDPA+ network support. The device will also ship with LG like double-tap-to-wake-up functions and gesture controls. Unfortunately, there is no words on the units exact availability nor pricing information, just yet.
